Only remove watermarks from videos you own or have explicit permission to edit. Do not use this tool to strip attribution, copyrights, or branding from content that belongs to others. You are responsible for how you use the result.

How to use
100% in your browser · nothing is uploaded
  1. Load a video. Drop an MP4 / MOV / WebM into the box below (or click to browse). A preview appears with a red box over the top-left corner — that is the default mask, already placed where CapCut puts its watermark.
  2. Position the mask. Drag on the video to draw a rectangle over whatever you want removed. If the default box already covers the watermark, leave it as is.
  3. Check other moments. Drag the Time slider to scrub through the video. The red box stays on screen so you can see whether it still covers the watermark. If the watermark moves, scrub to that moment and draw a new rectangle there — it becomes a second keyframe. The box automatically interpolates (slides) between keyframes, so you only need to draw where it changes.
  4. Process. Click Start processing. Each frame is inpainted with the mask for that exact moment, then re-encoded into a video file (MP4 when supported) with the original audio preserved. Progress and live preview show below.
  5. Download. When it finishes, the result appears with a download link. Use Clear masks to wipe all keyframes and start over on the same video.

Tip: only draw keyframes where the watermark visibly moves. One keyframe covers the whole video if the watermark is static.

Free Video Watermark Remover

Remove watermarks and logos from your own videos — for free, with no account and no upload. This browser-based tool lets you draw a box over any watermark and inpaint it frame by frame. It works especially well on corner watermarks from CapCut exports, TikTok overlays, and other app logos, but you can mask any region you choose.

Output is a downloadable video file (MP4 when supported) with the original audio preserved. Everything runs on your device using WebGPU or WASM — your footage never touches a server.

How it works

  1. Load your video — drop an MP4, MOV, or WebM file. A default mask is placed where CapCut typically puts its watermark.
  2. Draw or adjust the mask — drag a rectangle over the logo or watermark. Add keyframes if it moves across the timeline.
  3. Process locally — each frame is inpainted in your browser, then re-encoded with audio into a clean MP4.
  4. Download — save the result when processing finishes.

Private by design — your video never leaves your device

Unlike cloud watermark removers, this tool does all computation locally in your browser via WebGPU and WASM. Your video file is never uploaded, stored, or sent to any server. That means zero risk of your footage leaking to third parties — but it also means speed depends entirely on your hardware.

On longer videos, processing can take a while. There is no server farm doing the work for you; your CPU or GPU handles every frame. The trade-off is privacy over speed — please be patient on high-resolution or long clips.

Works with watermarks from many apps

The default mask targets the top-left corner where CapCut places its watermark, but you can draw over any logo or overlay — TikTok badges, screen recordings, custom stamps, or any semi-transparent mark burned into your export. You only need to remove watermarks from videos you own or have permission to edit.

FAQ

How do I remove a watermark from my video for free?

Upload your video in the browser, draw a rectangle over the watermark (works for CapCut corner watermarks, TikTok logos, and more), then click Start processing. The tool inpaints each frame locally and gives you a downloadable video file — completely free.

Is my video uploaded to a server?

No. Everything runs in your browser on your own device. Your video file is never sent to any server.

Is it safe and private?

Yes. Processing happens entirely on your machine using WebGPU or WASM. Your video stays on your device and is never transmitted anywhere.

Why is processing slow?

Because every frame is inpainted locally on your hardware — there is no cloud server doing the work. That trade-off keeps your video private. Longer videos take more time; please be patient.

Does it keep the audio?

Yes. After video frames are processed, the original audio track is muxed back into the output MP4.

What video formats are supported?

You can load MP4, MOV, and WebM files. Output is MP4 with audio when WebCodecs is available.

Is it really free?

Yes. The tool is free to use with no account required and no per-video fees.

Is this tool affiliated with CapCut?

No. This tool is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by CapCut or ByteDance. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
